Initiate a Request
Contact our technical support team via the Support Portal to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Secure Packaging
Place your system back in its original custom foam and double-box packaging to ensure the internal components are protected during transit.
Ship Your System
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware for integrity, and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
